Through leadership coaching, leaders and aspiring leaders alike explore internal and external factors that contribute to their success, ensuring that their values are aligned with the values of their organisation in order to maximise their and their team’s impact in a rapidly changing world. Through leadership coaching, clients develop long-lasting, powerful tools to ensure that they continue to thrive and sustain growth long after their coaching journey.  

As a leadership coach, my coaching is driven by my passion for people and growth as well as my own experience in leadership. I partner with my clients through deep conversation, impactful questioning and self-reflection in a challenging yet safe space so that they can achieve their goals and create the impact they want for themselves and those around them.


My own experience in leadership includes working with senior business leaders since 1994, first as Director of Business Development with The Economist Group and consequently as Founder & CEO of The Executive Forum, a think tank for senior executives in Hong Kong and Singapore since 1998.

Coaching sessions can be done in-person or online in Hong Kong where I am based, or online for clients in other countries.
